Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
What qualifies as a damaged item? A product is considered damaged if it arrives with:

Tears, holes, or manufacturing defects

Incorrect print or sizing from what was ordered

Stains or discoloration not caused during shipping

Normal wear, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse do not qualify.
What should I do if my item is damaged?
Please email us at info@detroitswagtees.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damage

A brief description of the issue

Can I return my purchase for a refund?
All items are final sale, unless the product is damaged.
Can I get store credit instead of a replacement?
Definitely. Just let us know when you reach out and we’ll hook you up with credit toward your next Detroit Swag purchase.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but we’ll send tracking info as soon as it’s on the move.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Right now, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding, so stay tuned.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow your swag all the way to your doorstep.
